Summary

The machine is designed and produced by our factory to adapt to market demand, adopts shuttleless shaftment for straight weft insertion and wire prebending molding, synchronously finishes weft embossing and weaving, and is featured by simple operation, steady operation and high production efficiency. It is suitable for weaving meshes with small and medium wire number and unusual wire meshes, and can weave specifications of crimped meshes with width of 1m-2.6m, knitting tightness of 4-20 meshes and wire diameter of 0.025mm-1.0mm. The made products are widely used for screening filtration in coal mine, petroleum, chemical industry and other fields.

Main features

1	It is highly adaptive to metal wires.
2	It has a large range for adjustment and can weave in various patterns including plain weave, tilted weave, bead pattern, and tapered contrast microgroove.
3	The weft wire is linearly led in without any shuttle, the warp line feeding and take-up are carried out mechanically and automatically, the opening size is small, and the net surface is flat and orderly without any defects.
4	It works automatic stopping and displaying functions at any warp broken or weft broken.
5	The whole machine works stably in a low center of gravity and a low level of noise.
6	This machine’s structur compact ,easy to operate,can be woven mesh 2.5-10mm,wire diameter 2mm-6m,weaving width of 1-4meters, This machine also known as Mine screen loom.
